Signature Support Plans start from $84 per user per month (Complete) and $99 per user per month (Compliance), based on 125 users. Every plan is customized to your users, locations and requirements.
Do you really offer 24/7 support?
Yes. All plans include 24/7/365 support — we are never closed. Our Security Operations Center also monitors for threats around the clock.
Where does SICG provide on-site support?
We provide on-site IT support throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada from offices in Sherman Oaks, Irvine, Murrieta and Las Vegas, and support clients in Colorado, Utah, Florida, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
Can you help us meet HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST or CMMC requirements?
Yes. We perform HIPAA, PCI and network vulnerability risk assessments, NIST Cybersecurity Framework assessments, and CMMC readiness work — then implement and maintain the safeguards. Our Compliance plan adds enhanced security services for regulated industries.
